Nutrition Therapist

We are seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join our nutrition team in an acute care medical center in Winston Salem, NC. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing medical nutrition therapy to patients, including nutrition assessment, diet modification, and education.

• Nutrition Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' nutritional needs and develop personalized plans to meet those needs.
• Diet Modification and Education: Work with patients to modify their diets and provide education on healthy eating habits.
• Collaboration with Healthcare Team: Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive comprehensive care.

• Credentialing and Licensure: Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing/Credentialing Board, if required.
• Experience: One year of hospital experience preferred.
• Skills: Possess necessary skills to utilize Microsoft office applications, electronic medical record & diet office systems, and nutrient analysis programming.
