Job Overview

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide services in a school setting in Anacortes, Washington area.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' functional abilities and limitations.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address clients' occupational therapy needs.
  • Provide direct therapy services to clients to improve motor skills, sensory processing, self-care skills, and other areas of occupation.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support clients' educational and developmental goals.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and progress made by clients.
Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program.
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure in Washington.
  • Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • IEP experience preferred but not required.
