Sales and Operations Manager

Mackage is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Operations Manager to lead our luxury retail team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and developing high-performing teams.
Main Responsibilities:- Maximize store sales and KPIs by implementing effective sales strategies and monitoring performance metrics.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve exceptional customer service and sales targets.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement operational processes and procedures.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting, payroll, scheduling, and inventory management.
- Model and enforce store policies and standards to maintain a positive customer experience.
- Luxury retail experience with a strong understanding of the premium market.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, or 2-3 years in a supervisory role (retail preferred).
- Results-driven and adaptable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional selling and customer service skills, with the ability to execute operational tasks seamlessly.
- Familiarity with CRM programs and technical proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and POS systems.
