Role Responsibilities:
In this full-time position, you will:
- Coordinate patient treatment plans in collaboration with various clinics and multidisciplinary teams.
- Prepare medical equipment and assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs, ensuring the safety and functionality of medical equipment.
- Conduct structured interviews to gather comprehensive medical histories from patients.
- Document nursing assessments and interventions accurately in medical records.
- Manage patient inquiries and triage according to established protocols.
- Participate in the evaluation of nursing needs and recommend policy changes as necessary.
- Provide patient education and reinforce physician instructions effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree from an accredited nursing program.
- A current nursing license in Texas or a compact state.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
