Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with purchases, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring a visually appealing store display.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Retail Management team in achieving sales goals by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a thorough knowledge of products, and making recommendations to customers.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the Retail Management team to achieve store objectives, including maintaining a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Physical Demands: Stand for up to 100% of a standard work day, with frequent lifting and bending required to stock shelves and merchandise.
  • Computer Skills: Possess basic computer skills, including general typing skills and web browsing capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits
