About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Carpenter to join our team at Paul Davis Restoration. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for leading the installation and repair of structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to meet the job requirements.
  • Construct, erect, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials on assigned jobs.
  • Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes.
  • Inspect damaged framework and identify areas for repair or replacement.
  • Complete drywall projects, including installation and finishing.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a carpenter or construction specialist.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
