Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to members, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process prescriptions and orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Stock and secure pharmacy supplies and merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Operate cash registers and process payments, returns, and refunds in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist with training and development of new team members, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
