Your PracticeAs a Dermatologist with our team, you will have a high degree of autonomy and the ability to create your own schedule within a 4-day work week. You will focus on General Dermatology consults, follow-ups, and procedures, with excellent MOHS surgeons to refer to. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, and we offer a supportive environment with 1:1 MA support and EMR Epic & AI powered documentation solution.
Your BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical malpractice coverage and tail policy, generous CME time and dollars, medical, dental, and vision benefits, company-paid life insurance, and bonuses. You will also have the opportunity to participate in stock and partnership opportunities.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have a BC/BE in Dermatology and be able to obtain a medical professional license in the state of WA. You must also be able to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice.
CompensationThe salary range for this role is $500,000 to $635,717.00 per year, with a starting bonus of $40,000. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
