Job Title: Shuttle Driver

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers along designated routes, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transport passengers safely and efficiently along designated routes
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to passenger needs
  • Clean and maintain vehicles daily, performing basic maintenance functions as needed
  • Respond to emergency situations and adapt to changing road conditions
  • Provide feedback to management on how services can be improved
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license
  • 1-2 years of customer service or driving experience
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to multitask and adjust to changes quickly
