A reputable healthcare organization, Roessel Joy, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst/Revenue Recovery Specialist. The ideal candidate will report to the Accounting Manager and focus on collections, utilizing strong communication and computer skills. This role offers a hybrid schedule once training is complete.

About the Role

This position requires an organized self-starter with 3+ years of experience in collections, handling cash applications, and preferably working in the healthcare industry. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining high-volume daily collection calls and email communication with customers
  • Arranging debt repayment or establishing repayment schedules based on customer financial situations
  • Following up with customers for quick and easy repayment
  • Reconciling unapplied customer payments
  • Maintaining and resolving customer balances on credit hold
  • Reporting aged balances to Management monthly
  • Resolving unpaid balances and advising customers on necessary action steps
  • Maintaining an updated financial status report for assigned accounts
  • Reviewing sales, service, and credit contracts with customers
  • Performing administrative tasks such as recording address changes, sorting, filing, and answering correspondence
  • Lokating and monitoring overdue accounts using aging reports and automated systems
Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

  • 3-5 years' experience making high-volume collection calls in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing an abundant aging report of at least 3500 accounts
  • Excellent energy and a 'can-do' attitude
  • Creative problem-solving skills and great customer service abilities
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • A high sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, a minimum of 3 years of equivalent work experience

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 annually, depending on experience.
