Job Summary:

Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical home care to medically fragile children, enabling them to grow and flourish to their full potential. Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families on disease management and self-care
• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices

Requirements:
• Current valid RN license
• CPR certification
• Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in home care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
