About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Big Stone Therapies, Inc. in Hallock, MN. As a member of our comprehensive health family, you will have the opportunity to serve a diverse patient population, including skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, and inpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, outpatient clinics, and home health.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' functional abilities and independence.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
  • Eligibility for OT licensing in Minnesota.
