Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled DevSecOps Engineer to enhance our client support and contribute to our dedicated team of problem solvers.

Key Responsibilities:

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will be tasked with the development and implementation of comprehensive cluster and application lifecycles, ensuring that all processes are secure and efficient. You will collaborate with clients to design and deploy Kubernetes or Docker solutions, participate in the creation of CI/CD pipelines, and apply GitOps principles for effective software delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of practical experience with Kubernetes or similar container orchestration technologies
  • Expertise in developing and executing end-to-end cluster and application lifecycles
  • Strong proficiency with AWS and cloud technologies
  • Thorough understanding of Agile, DevOps, and DevSecOps practices
  • Advanced networking skills
  • Experience managing Service-Mesh technologies, such as Istio
  • In-depth knowledge of version control systems, particularly GitLab
  • Extensive background in software development through CI/CD pipelines
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Commitment to automation, system efficiency, and security
  • Experience in setting up and integrating enterprise-level cloud services
  • Proficiency with Log Management and Analytics tools
  • Ability to manage CI/CD pipelines using cloud services and automation tools
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and microservices
  • Must obtain a Security+ certification within 90 days of employment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in writing custom Helm Charts
  • Certifications such as CKA or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
  • CompTIA Security+ certification
  • Familiarity with Air Force Cloud One

Clearance Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Work Environment:
