Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Breakfast Attendant at Hampton Inn & Suites. As a key member of our food and beverage team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Breakfast Service: Set up and maintain the breakfast buffet, replenishing food and beverage items as needed, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and concerns in a prompt and friendly manner.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in the breakfast area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Serve guests with food and drink orders, replenishing items as necessary, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
  • Experience: Previous experience in the food service industry, preferably in a hotel or accommodation establishment
  • Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
