Operations First Line Leader

At DuPont, we are committed to delivering innovative and life-saving products to our customers. Our Operations team plays a critical role in achieving this goal, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operations First Line Leader to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embody and promote DuPont's Core Values, driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Plan and execute shift activities to optimize performance, ensuring alignment with production goals and metrics.
  • Communicate shift performance goals, metrics, and outcomes to team members, fostering a sense of ownership and pride.
  • Operate with excellence by engaging team members to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, eliminate waste, and build a sense of ownership.
  • Coach and hold team members accountable for safety, behavior, performance, and quality.
  • Develop and provide performance feedback to team members, building capabilities and aligning expectations.
  • Hire, retain, and develop talent to meet current and future capabilities, promoting a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.
  • Partner with leaders to stay informed of business strategy and needs, effectively communicating and implementing site directions and messages.
  • Document and complete administrative requirements timely and efficiently, ensuring work is completed per published schedule.
  • Facilitate team processes, including problem-solving and issue resolution, leading or participating in EHS & Quality investigations and determining corrective action.
  • Ensure employees comply with established Standard Operating Procedures, monitoring and making adjustments to controllable costs for shift.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with 2+ years of experience in an industrial, manufacturing, military, or similar setting. People leadership and Process Safety Management (High Hazard Process) experience are preferred.
