Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for taking x-ray exposures of patients, explaining procedures, and preparing files and reports.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Greet patients, confirm image requirements, and explain x-ray procedures.
  • Review patient medical history and confirm consent forms as needed.
  • Take x-ray exposures following established protocols and inspect images for quality.
  • Process film, maintain equipment, and store supplies.
  • Prepare patient information files and submit reports.
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Completion of formal training in radiologic technology.
  • Radiologic Technologist License (Maryland) and Basic Life Support certification.
Additional Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess effective interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to stand, walk, bend, lift at least 50 pounds, hear, speak, and see.

Proficiency in applicable computer software is also essential.

Preferred Qualifications

One year of experience as a radiologic technologist, including on-the-job training and internships, is preferred.
