Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Processing Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking children's immunizations, entering data into the NCIR, and sending reminders to patients with overdue or current immunizations.

Key Responsibilities

\

Enter data into NCIR for all immunizations given in clinics and send notices to patients with past due or current immunizations; Enter historical immunization data received from other medical facilities into NCIR; Send automated reminder calls to patients who are overdue for age-appropriate immunizations; Assist with scheduling appointments and sending appointment reminder calls when not entering immunizations data.

Requirements

\

Graduation from high school and demonstrated possession of knowledge, skills, and abilities gained through at least 2 years of office assistant/data entry experience; Physical ability to operate a variety of office equipment and exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 5 pounds of force frequently, or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
