We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Attorney to join our dynamic legal team at Jobot. As an Environmental Attorney, you will play a critical role in representing clients in environmental litigation cases, advising on compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations, and conducting legal research and analysis on complex environmental issues.

• Represent clients in environmental litigation cases, including preparing and presenting arguments before courts and regulatory bodies.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex environmental issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and agreements.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in environmental disputes.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the North Carolina and South Carolina Bar.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in environmental law, including experience in environmental litigation.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental laws and regulations.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
