Night Auditor

The Night Auditor plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our hotel's financial records. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for auditing all accounts to ensure they are in balance, and preparing final reports for management.

• Financial Auditing: Verify that all charges to guest accounts made during the day are correct, and post room charges for that day to ensure all guest accounts are current and in balance.
• Front Desk Operations: Act as the third shift Front Desk Agent, ensuring maximum room revenues and guest satisfaction, in line with Auro Hotels' standards.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare all daily, monthly, and yearly reports required by the property, and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
• Guest Service: Assist all guests in a sincere and courteous manner, registering and processing guests promptly upon arrival and departure.

• Education: High School Diploma and 2-3 years' relevant experience required.
• Experience: Previous experience in Hotel Night Audit and working an Overnight shift is essential.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
