Pediatric CRNA

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric CRNA to join our team at University Health Associates. As a Pediatric CRNA, you will be responsible for providing high-quality anesthesia care to pediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide anesthesia care to pediatric patients in a variety of settings, including operating rooms, recovery rooms, and intensive care units.
- Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Develop and implement anesthesia plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in West Virginia.
- Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in West Virginia.
- Current certification with National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists.
- Active membership in American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
- One (1) year of experience as a CRNA.
- Completion of a minimum 15 pediatric anesthesia cases < 6yrs of age.
- Must maintain 15 Class A credits with pediatric focus every two years.
- Experience working in a pediatric anesthesia setting.
- Knowledge of pediatric anesthesia principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
