We are seeking a Project Director to oversee our Project Management team. The ideal candidate will possess over 8 years of experience in a leadership role such as Senior Mechanical Project Manager or Mechanical Project Director. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project financials to ensure alignment with organizational goals and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with essential stakeholders including clients, general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor project progress, assessing key performance indicators related to scheduling and labor efficiency.
  • Lead teams on intricate mechanical projects, ensuring successful execution from inception to completion.
  • Guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project execution.
  • Collaborate with the Design and Engineering teams to formulate effective project strategies.
  • Review and interpret construction documents to guide the project management team.
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide oversight in the development of advanced project schedules for contracted work.
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance their performance and achieve team objectives.
  • Participate actively in strategic planning sessions and initiatives.
  • Work alongside other leaders to assess workforce requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Mechanical Construction Project Management is essential.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience is required.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (Microsoft Office Suite, ProCore, BlueBeam, P6, Viewpoint, and Autodesk) is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in estimating and the ability to apply this knowledge for change orders and resource scheduling.
  • Strong ability to read and understand construction documents.
  • A commitment to achieving long-term, meaningful goals.
