Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform hand sanding tasks to achieve smooth, even surfaces.
  • Inspect instruments for quality and make necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience working with hand tools and woodworking equipment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Good manual dexterity to evaluate, install, and modify equipment.
  • Prolonged periods of standing in the factory environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds at times.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.
