We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Post-Master's Fellow to join our team. As a Post-Master's Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, develop your clinical skills, and gain valuable experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.

• Provide psychological services, including diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy
• Carry a caseload of clients, with supervision and support from experienced clinicians
• Develop and implement treatment plans, in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development, to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge
• Contribute to the development of the clinic's policies and procedures, to ensure high-quality care and service delivery

• Master's degree in psychology, clinical counseling, or a related field
• Successful completion of a clinically-focused practicum or internship
• Stated mental health licensure track in Minnesota
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including children, adults, and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
