Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing total comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families. This includes implementing a plan of care based on the patient's physical, psychological, and socioeconomic needs, as well as physician orders.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and Plan Care - Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Implement and Evaluate Care - Implement care plans and evaluate their effectiveness, making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams - Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

Requirements

  • Education - Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Licensure - Registered Nurse licensure required.
  • Experience - No experience required.

Work Schedule

The Clinical Nurse works a 7a-7p Sunday-Saturday schedule, with as-needed weekend requirements and no call requirements.
