You will be responsible for:
- Charting and Executing Strategic Vision: Develop and execute strategies to manage a high volume of small and large orders simultaneously. Establish and monitor KPIs to ensure consistent delivery of quality, cost-effective solutions for customers.
- Enforcing Quality and Compliance Standards: Enforce rigorous quality and compliance standards (ISO 13485, FDA regulations, etc.) to guarantee efficient and safe delivery of medical devices to clients.
- Optimizing Operational Efficiency: Optimize resource allocation, production scheduling, and supply chain management for operational success.
- Fostering Client Partnerships: Foster strong client partnerships, intuitively grasp their requirements, and deliver top-tier customer service.
You will be working closely with a cross-functional operations team to deliver exceptional results. This role requires:
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Experience in business development or customer-facing roles within a manufacturing context preferred.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement methodologies preferred.
- 10+ years of proven experience in operational leadership within the medical device manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, quality systems, and industry standards.
- Project management expertise, and proficiency in overseeing complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time and on budget.
The compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $150,000-$250,000 per year.
