We are seeking a highly detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Dishroom Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils/vessels
  • Set-up, maintain, and break-down the dish machine area following procedures for safety and sanitation requirements
  • Wash and store all tableware and kitchenware
  • Bag and haul dish room trash

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
