Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Regional Psychiatrist to join our team at Behavioral Health Solutions. As a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are committed to delivering state-of-the-art psychiatric care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing psychiatric clinical programs in Nevada and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines. This role requires the ability to analyze situations and adopt an effective course of action.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan for each patient.
  • Provide medication management services by evaluating medication effectiveness and side effects, prescribing medication, and adjusting dosages as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient, including progress notes, treatment plans, and diagnosis codes.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
Requirements
  • Completion of a residency training program in psychiatry and two years of post-residency experience as a psychiatrist required.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license may be required.

Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year based on location and experience.
