This is a critical role within Pilgrim's, responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding and training of new employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and lead by example.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Assist with plant quality control and problem-solving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead by example.
- Basic knowledge of office machinery and software applications.
- Bi-lingual skills a plus.
This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday. The pay rate is $23.90/hour with an attendance bonus.
