Job Summary:

The Speech Therapist at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center will work closely with our therapy team to provide rehabilitative care and improve the quality of life for our residents. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping our residents achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Administer speech therapy and monitor progress
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in speech therapy or speech-language pathology
  • State licensure as a Licensed Speech Pathologist
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Licensed Speech Pathologist
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality care

Compensation & Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $45-$48 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, retirement savings, and more.
