Job Summary

We are seeking a junior level Structural Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will perform analysis and design of structural systems/components in steel, concrete, masonry, and wood for waterfront structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing of concrete, steel, and timber structures
  • Assist Senior Engineers with the preparation of design concepts, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates
  • Prepare design calculations and check calculations
  • Coordinate plan details with engineers and drafting technicians
  • Participate in inspection and rehabilitation of structures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineer or related discipline required
  • Master's degree in Structural Engineer preferred
  • EIT preferred
  • At least 2 years of intern or industry experience
  • Experience with MicroStation or STAAD
Working Conditions

Sedentary for prolonged period of time, interact with clients, and travel occasionally.
