Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Dignity Health. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our patients, visitors, and staff.

• Perform a variety of housekeeping cleaning duties to keep assigned areas and hospital building in a clean, neat, and orderly condition.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and use knowledge of cleaning chemicals and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient cleaning process.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve cleaning processes and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
