Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Guest Service Associate to join our team as a Valet Service Ambassador. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their experience with us is nothing short of exceptional.

Responsibilities
  • Parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner
  • Assisting guests with luggage, including delivery and pick-up of guest luggage (where applicable) during arrival and departure
  • Maintaining a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients
  • Using salutation of the day and welcoming guests to the location
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a criminal background and drug screen
Salary and Benefits

The hourly base pay range for this position is $15.50 - $19.00 per hour plus tips. Employees are eligible to enroll in accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, and telemedicine benefits. Additionally, employees can participate in the company's 401k retirement savings plan.
