We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Senior Suites Healthcare. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

• Implement and evaluate care plans for individual residents, ensuring their unique needs are met.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including resident charts and medication administration.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Monitor residents' conditions, including vital signs and fluid intake/output, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating, promoting independence and dignity.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families, fostering a positive and compassionate care environment.

• Proven experience as an LPN or similar role, with a strong understanding of nursing best practices and confidentiality obligations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and reports, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift, move, and position residents as needed.
