Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Event Promoter to represent our brand at various consumer-facing events throughout the designated territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building brand awareness and generating sales leads through face-to-face interactions with prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend and participate in various events, including home shows, fairs, festivals, and community events, to promote our brand and products.
  • Engage with event attendees, provide informative product demonstrations, and generate sales leads through effective communication and sales techniques.
  • Utilize industry-leading sales training resources to overcome objections and close sales.
  • Transport, assemble, and disassemble display equipment and marketing collateral as needed.
  • Submit sales leads and track performance metrics to ensure meeting predetermined goals and KPIs.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to actively listen and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and sales performance.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing.
  • Knowledge of the home improvement industry and its products.
