Position Overview

The Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group (MAPMG) is dedicated to delivering exceptional integrated healthcare services to over 800,000 members across the region. We are currently seeking a full-time specialist in Maternal-Fetal Medicine to enhance our team.

In partnership with the Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of the Mid-Atlantic States, we ensure the provision of high-quality, patient-focused medical care. Our physicians benefit from an innovative healthcare delivery model, equipped with advanced technological resources and comprehensive support for their practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in a consultative practice model, focusing solely on outpatient care
  • Deliver services at designated medical centers, including consultations, follow-up appointments, virtual preconception consultations, ultrasound evaluations, and prenatal diagnostic procedures
  • Receive support from a dedicated team, including a full-time MFM RN and two specialized MFM sonographers
  • Utilize state-of-the-art GE E10 ultrasound machines
  • Conduct inpatient consultations as needed

Essential Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certified or Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
  • Possess or be eligible for medical licenses in the District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia
  • Work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

The starting annual salary for this role is $344,000, reflecting the candidate's qualifications, skills, relevant training, and market data. In addition to the salary, MAPMG provides a robust benefits package that significantly enhances the overall compensation.
