TEKsystems is seeking a skilled CAD Technician to join our team. As a CAD Technician, you will play a crucial role in the design and drafting of structured cabling projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and draft CAD drawings for structured cabling projects.
  • Prepare and update installation drawings for projects.
  • Establish guidelines and procedures for CAD data management.
  • Work closely with project engineers and managers to ensure design integrity.
  • Turn-around drawing mark-ups from field personnel and create As-Built drawings.
  • Produce drawings and specifications for multiple structured cabling projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in structured cabling design work.
  • 2019 Auto CAD experience.
  • Revit - BIM360 experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering or equivalent training and certifications.
