We are a BPO firm dedicated to delivering high-quality Accounting Payroll and HR solutions to our valued customers. Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Sales Support Specialist to assist in achieving our sales objectives.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by providing administrative assistance, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes. You will serve as a liaison between our sales representatives, customers, and internal departments to facilitate efficient communication and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and sales-related document preparation.
  • Make initial contact with prospects to schedule appointments for our sales team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and databases, updating contact information, order history, and sales activities.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Support sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics coordination and booth setup.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish is required.
  • Portuguese is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields is a plus.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
