Job Summary

Res Home Care is seeking a skilled Independent Living Skills Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in empowering adults with traumatic brain injury and other physical and/or neurological impairments to achieve functional independence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of individuals' daily living skills and develop personalized training plans.
  • Provide one-on-one training and supervision to help individuals master essential skills such as meal preparation, budgeting, and medication management.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and support.
Requirements:
  • Dependent on current Department of Health Qualifications.
  • Minimum requirement is an Associates Degree with 5 years experience.
