Job Responsibilities

As an Engineering Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading engineering teams in the development of complex projects. This includes directing project staff in preparing contract documents, such as drawings and specifications, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

You will also be responsible for managing other design team members, supervising the work of engineers and draft persons, and performing analysis and design of structural systems for all types of buildings and materials using various building codes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • Professional Engineer and/or SE License.
  • 3+ years experience preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within the US and internationally.
