Workers Compensation Attorney Liaison

We are seeking an experienced Workers Compensation Associate Attorney to join our team at GPAC, a renowned search firm specializing in placing quality professionals across multiple industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling workers compensation cases from investigation to resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and support the investigation process on assigned cases to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
- Analyze case value to identify opportunities for early resolution, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients.
- Comply with all relevant litigation and budgeting guidelines to maintain the highest standards of professionalism.
- Conduct thorough research on relevant issues throughout the litigation process, providing critical insights to inform decision-making.
- Prepare clients for depositions and other applicable hearings, ensuring they are well-prepared to present their case effectively.
- Develop and file responsive pleadings with the appropriate court, leveraging your expertise in workers compensation law.
- Respond to written discovery, utilizing your analytical skills to uncover valuable information.
- Prepare and respond to law and motion, navigating complex legal proceedings with ease.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate degree and current good standing with the State bar is required.
- A minimum of 2-9 years of experience working in workers compensation is essential.
- Strong research, analytical, and communication skills are vital for success in this role.
