We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team at Dare Commercial Services. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the upkeep of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on properties, including but not limited to, carpentry, painting, and asphalt/concrete work.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Have a valid driver's license and be able to travel to various locations.
  • Be highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision.
  • Have excellent attendance and be able to handle responsibility.

Requirements:
  • Must live within 30 minutes of Franklinville, NJ.
  • Have a basic set of tools.
  • Be capable of heavy lifting (up to 60 pounds).
  • Have experience in any of the following areas: asphalt/concrete, painting, carpentry.
