We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Service Specialist to join our team at NorthEast Electrical, a subsidiary of Sonepar USA. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through face-to-face interaction, phone, email, and our digital tools.
Key Responsibilities- Increase sales and gross margin by taking orders over the phone, in person, and via our digital tools.
- Enter stock, special, direct, and back orders as required.
- Provide customers with information and demonstrations of our online solution for fast and easy ordering through our website.
- Participate in ongoing training for digital tools and warehouse functions such as receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Assist in stocking and organizing shelves to facilitate fast and accurate order filling.
- Display and stock material in the counter and showroom, and participate in promotions as needed.
- Participate in processes and programs aimed at promoting a safe work environment.
- High School Diploma required.
- 2 Year College or Vocational School preferred with emphasis on electrical and construction industry and/or equivalent knowledge through job-related experience and training.
- Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and website navigation.
