About the Role:

As a Pest Control Technician at Brezden Pest Control, you will be essential in safeguarding residential and commercial properties from pest infestations. Location: San Luis Obispo

Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: First-year earnings for a Pest Control Technician range from $37,500 to $45,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, life, and disability insurance, retirement savings with company match, paid time off, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform termite treatments, including trenching, drilling, and working in crawl spaces.
  • Conduct detailed inspections to identify termite presence.
  • Provide effective solutions for termite control.
  • Educate clients on preventive measures to mitigate future pest issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of service activities.
  • Ensure service vehicles and equipment are managed according to company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of work experience in any field; experience in pest control is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possess or be willing to obtain the necessary California Field License.
  • Strong communication skills and a dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • A valid driver's license that meets insurance requirements.
