Providence Care Center, a non-profit senior living facility located in Ohio, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. Responsibilities

The LPN will provide resident care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act, collaborating with the physician, family, and other members of the multi-disciplinary health care team. The goal of resident care shall be toward restoring and maintaining each resident's identified capabilities at their maximum mental and physical level.

Requirements

Current license for Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Ohio, currently certified in CPR, and long-term care experience preferred. Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
