Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Scientist to join our team at Della Infotech. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to medical laboratory science.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform all procedures related to assigned section and the laboratory in general.
  • Provide training for staff in department procedures, quality assurance, and instrumentation.
  • Conduct daily quality control in assigned areas and record data.
  • Collect blood and swab samples from patients as necessary.
  • Assist physicians in bone marrow preparation.
  • Perform proficiency testing for CAP Surveys.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical lab science or medical technology.
  • AMT or ASCP certification.
  • Cerner Experience.
  • Beckman Coulter analyzers Experience (highly preferred).
  • Remisol Experience (highly preferred).
  • Two Supervisory Reference Forms.
  • Skills Checklist.
Certification Requirements
  • ASCP certification.
Weekend and On-Call Requirements

Every other weekend. No on-call requirements.
