Team Expectations:

We are seeking a Java Developer with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in leading small teams onshore. The ideal candidate will possess senior-level expertise in Java and will be instrumental in guiding the team in developing and advancing the module alongside the technical team from an onshore perspective.

The role involves working with a combination of legacy Java systems, Spring Boot, and microservices, as the team transitions from legacy Java to OpenShift. Proficiency in both legacy and modern Java technologies, including Spring Boot, is essential.

Project Overview:

The selected candidate will engage in hands-on development for 50% of their time while simultaneously overseeing two small onshore teams for the remaining 50%. The application in focus is responsible for reporting global banking data, utilizing backend Java and frontend Angular technologies, and managing wholesale client profiles.

The candidate will lead two distinct teams: one dedicated to system design for new products and solutions, and the other focused on feature development.
