About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Developer to lead our development team and drive innovation in the insurance industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and guide team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development team to design, develop, and maintain software applications using Guidewire's InsuranceSuite Cloud platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software development with Guidewire InsuranceSuite Cloud platform.
  • ACE certification or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of REST / SOAP web services, Gradle, Git, Jira, Rally, TeamCity, SQL, and logging and alerting frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Compensation: The annual salary range for this position is $140,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
