• Education and Certification: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree, and active pharmacy license in the state of employment.

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and management.
