About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Youth Services Specialist to join our team. As a Youth Services Specialist, you will work with at-risk youth and their families to provide counseling services in their homes.

You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families in need, while also advancing your career as a mental health professional.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide counseling services to at-risk youth and their families in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for each family
  • Collaborate with youth, family, teachers, and other community members working towards the success of the youth
  • Provide after-hours support to youth and families using a rotating on-call schedule

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in social services field (preferred) or Bachelor's degree in social services field (required)
  • Experience working with at-risk youth and/or families in a volunteer, internship, or paid position (clinical experience preferred)
  • Strong writing skills and experience with electronic documentation
  • Acceptable driving record (two or fewer moving violations within the past 36 months)
