Job Title: ABA Consultant

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative ABA Consultant to join our team at Kids First Services. As a key contributor to our clinical staff, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing cutting-edge ABA services for children and families. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement evidence-based ABA treatment plans, collaborating closely with BCBA Supervisors.
  • Conduct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions with clients in home-based or clinic-based settings.
  • Maintain accurate records and data collection, utilizing industry-standard software.
  • Provide parent training and clinical assessments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between families and caregivers.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance expertise and stay current with best practices.

Requirements:
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain within 3 weeks.
  • 3-4 years of experience working with children/adults (ages 3-18), preferably in ABA settings.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, enabling seamless collaboration with colleagues, families, and caregivers.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Adobe PDF, Google Suite, and data collection software.

Compensation and Benefits:

Estimated annual salary: $59,000 - $69,000, contingent upon qualifications and experience. Comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
